  I will first take responsibility in the fact, knowing that I Was late to my appointment 11-12 minutes and the front desk says they only have a 10 minute window and upon walking in the hosts were talking to a gentleman having what seemed to be a personal conversation - & when I walked in, he walked away. I told them that I was here for an appointment for My Daughter’s eyeglasses that I’ve been trying to schedule and find a time that I could get off of work to make and was hit with unexpected traffic. Without hesitation the front desk spoke over and said “yeah we’re gonna have to reschedule you - our cutoff is about 10 minutes sooo can you come in tomorrow - ” Meanwhile, there was absolutely nobody in the lobby and there was no one in the back - I’m keeping in mind again, that there are cut offs for reason and they might have been going home or had other appointments. Again, I will own the fact that I did come late to the appointment but considering there was nobody there and it was a minute past the cut off mark they could’ve been a little bit more helpful and explained the policy but was immediately turned away and just told to reschedule. It’s not necessarily what was said it was how it was said. I asked them to just cancel, I opted out of all text from this location. And will not be returning. I Understand strict policies for timing and scheduling, and if there was a fee included for having to be seen, I would have paid it in order for me to have been able to get My Daughter seen But to have been dismissed so quickly with everything I will be taking my business elsewhere. Only reason that I’m giving two stars is because I came to this location originally to get her her first pair of glasses and my experience was completely different - I believe they were late for my appointment when I showed up the first time and I did not turn them away or tell them that they needed to reschedule me because they were late to it. The same courtesy could’ve been applied or the customer service could have been a little more helpful.

  I moved away from the area near the Centerville Target Optical. I used a different location nearer to my house and was not happy with my eye exam or the level of service. I chose to drive the extra miles to come back to the Centerville location. The service and the doctor are 100% worth it!

  So nice and helpful. Super friendly and willing to help. Definitely go and see them for all optical needs!!!!
