  I have been a patient at this office and have consistently attended my regular dental appointments. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. Over time, I have increasingly felt that each visit focuses more on recommending additional treatments than on providing patient-centered care. During my most recent appointment, I felt overwhelmed by the number of treatments being discussed and the pressure to move forward with them. Rather than feeling informed and supported, I felt like I was being sold services. What concerns me most is that I have been told I need treatment for issues that were never previously discussed despite my regular visits. This has made it difficult for me to trust the recommendations I am receiving and has left me questioning the consistency of my care. A dental office should help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment decisions. Instead, I left feeling pressured, overwhelmed, and unheard. The overall experience felt unprofessional and has ultimately led me to decide that this will be my last visit at this practice.
