I believe I was one of Dr. Raul Weston’s first patients when he started his practice (I’m old enough to be his father). I have witnessed him grow and develop in to a superior competent, educated and professional doctor centered on Pain Control.
There is not One Doctor in the world that is capable of reliving 100% of pain in a person with chronic pain (me included), but He and His Team Konnie Willis, and staff have made it possible for me to function in an 80-90% pain free world.
Thank You Team Weston

The front office receptionist always greet you with a smile. The wait is only a couple of minutes before you are called back to your appointment. Dr. Weston is so good at what he does. He works fast and as pain free as possible. He is always cheerful and happy. His nurse Ali is so kind she is very through in her job and she makes sure you are safe when standing on your feed after the procedures. She is even a part time waitress getting drinks and snacks after the procedure. Konnie his PA is very through with her as well. She always greets you with a hand shake and a warm smile. This is my favorite doctors office to go to. The atmosphere is so peaceful and the employees are so kind to their patients and each other.

My biggest concern with Utah Spine Specialists is the apparent lack of documentation and record keeping.
A few weeks ago, I received a call from Kate stating that they had received my referral and wanted to schedule an appointment. During that call, we scheduled me as a new patient for today at 1:00 PM.
When I arrived for my appointment, Kate told me there was no appointment under my name. If I didn’t have an appointment, why do I have it written down in my planner along with the clinic’s phone number, fax number, provider’s name, and the name of the employee I spoke with? There’s no way for me to make up that information.
What concerns me most is that there seemed to be no record of our phone conversation. Why is this clinic not documenting telephone encounters? Every interaction should be documented. In this case, Kate should have been able to look back through the records, see that we had spoken, and at least acknowledge that an appointment had been scheduled or discussed. (She totally acted like we never talked in the phone, even though I had it logged on my phone).
Instead, I took time out of my day, drove to the appointment, and was told there was nothing on the schedule. Mistakes happen, but a lack of documentation and accountability is concerning, especially in a healthcare setting where accurate records are so important.
Definitely go somewhere else where interactions are professionally documented and taken seriously.

Not good. Never let you talk to or see the doctor. Injections never did anything. I changed my Insurance so I made sure to call about this change. My next appt was a follow up after that I got a bill for $250 cuz they didn’t accept my new Insurance. I asked them to reconsider since THEY should have checked when I let them know before the visit. They “discounted” to $134. NOT ENOUGH !
