They even think of how to reword questions, like how and when you’re feeling pain, which makes it feel more like they genuinely want to understand what you’ve been experiencing in the past and between appointments and not what you’re experiencing at the moment of the appointment. Highly recommend that if you’ve been suffering to give them a chance. They’re phenomenal!
