- JFjoe fiedlerJul 22, 20265.0I have been patronizing StretchLab for about 2 years and received close to 100 sessions. I originally sought out stretchable due to the lose of mobility in my shoulders from heavy bench pressing (600+ lbs). I was unable to do bar squats due to the inability to get my arms in a good position for squatting, pain free. With the help of the stretch therapist at SL I was able to gain mobility in my shoulders and chest and have maintained that with maintenance sessions. Due to the large muscle mass I carry and the high pain tolerance for being a redhead, lol, I required my therapist to be aggressive and extreme. While all the therapist I have had at SL have been great, the standout is by far Caity. Caity listens, locates problem areas before even mentioning them and pushes our sessions beyond what is to be expected. Caity has no problem using whatever amount of pressure and leverage to make the strerch the most effective. Initially using SL for the chest/shoulder issue, Caity has identified and delt with problems that I have had since childhood and given relief for those conditions I was not even aware I had related to muscles/tendon tightness. I highly recommend routine visits to SL to help you feel like you did when you were much younger. Well worth the money.
