StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Waco offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I had become used to the wear-and-tear on my body but knew I needed a change. Then, I met my primary flexologist, Caity, and she has been a Godsend. My flexibility, range of motion, and joint pain have all greatly improved and in some cases are no longer existent. Caity listened to my challenges and developed a stretching plan that not only eased the pain in my body but also left me feeling relaxed and like a new person after each session. On days when my primary flexologist is not available, Caity ensures that the other flexologists with whom I have worked (Rudy, Owen, Erica) are aware of my goals and stretches in my individualized stretching plan. Because of this, I am able to feel comfortable with other stretch professionals in the studio. Everytime I come in the studio, it feels like an extension of home and family. And my body feels great!!! Thanks, StretchLab!
