  Didn't know that this location was so close to my home, so I stopped by Saturday, 8/02/26. Went in just to ask some questions, and absolutely no one spoke when I came in. There was 1 young lady taking care of a couple she was sitting with & another young lady literally walking around, seemingly making herself look busy but never said a word. I left out after reading the eye doctor was next door, so I walked out only to read a sign on the eye doctor's door that said no one was in today, and I needed to go online to make an appointment. Ok, so I still had questions. I walked back in and sat down for about 5 more minutes and the young lady who was walking around still didn't speak as she walked around to the various eye stations, then went to the back. I got up, drew a line through my name & grabbed a card. As I was getting into my vehicle I noticed the young lady who never addressed me or looked my way decided to come from the back to the front desk where I scratched through my name to look at the clipboard. Absolutely terrible customer service. If a person doesn't want to deal with people, perhaps they should get out of the customer service business. The bad thing is, I have tons of friends/family who wear glasses and they trust who I recommend. So, their loss. At this point, I'm not sure I could trust them to do any glasses for. Perhaps another company would be better for me, my family and friends 🧡

  Went at 12:40 to the eye exams side and a sign said “out til 1:30” What kind of retail place has an hour long lunch and no staff to cover it? Especially when there’s a connected business next door… poorly run.

  The staff is nice enough but to promise glasses in an hour only to call a few minutes later to say they won’t be ready for another 3 days due to an equipment malfunction is disappointing. This should have been checked before funds were exchanged. The end result is that a refund needs to be issued with a lag in benefit reimbursement. I do not recommend.
