Very disappointed as this is not my typical experience with United.

- CLChristopher LettieMar 1, 20245.0The best pharmacy I have ever been to and let me tell you why. Normally, I go to a pharmacy and I take an obscure medication that is sometimes not stocked. Even with refills, every month when I came to get the next months supply, they were out of stock. It will take 2-4 days to arrive. Not here. When I had an issue one month, I voiced my concerns about it happening the next month as other pharmacies had conditioned me to expect. To my surprise, I was met with kindness, accountability and an assurance that they would ensure the medication was ordered and stocked monthly just for me. And they followed through! The names of the pharmacists are escaping me but they are amazing human beings. Wichita Falls is lucky to have such a great group of human beings at United. Thank you for delivering life saving medicine to our community. Hope everyone has a great day!
