- NWNader WahbehJun 6, 20261.0I always shop at HEB , but yesterday was one of my worst experience I had. I wanted to share my experience because I felt DISCRIMINATED. I came to the pharmacy and a lady with a nice smile came to the counter asked if she could help me, I said yes of course, but I don't know what her problem was, I told her my Doctor sent 2 prescriptions the day before and she asked for my name and date of birth, I had to repeat my self at least 5 times I was getting frustrated. She grabbed a paper and a pen wanted me to write my date of birth. I was already upset and I told her do you know 10/20 she said no I got mad she doesn't understand the date 10/20. And she said again she doesn't understand, I don't know how this person can help a customer if she doesn't understand date of birth. I got more mad and left. She doesn't deserve to be in a position helping customer / patients. I hope mangment find a good solutions for this situation. Now I have to wait until Monday to switch my medication to a different pharmacy. And my medication is for my Heart and I hope I don't have a problem until Monday.
