- KJKristen J3 days ago1.0Our insurance copay is $10.00. We've always gone to Walmart vision or Vision Works and only paid $10 but at Iconic they charged us $99.00. When we questioned it they kept rattling off nonsense and wouldn't actually answer the question. We paid it but definitely will not be returning.
