After listening and seeing what they had to offer I was iffy. Once I put the insoles in and walked around in store I was ready to purchase. I’ve felt with these pains for a few years and on the verge of more surgeries. After visiting The Good Feet store in Waco Tx I’ll be postponing a couple appointments. Thank yall!!!!

Older employee tried 3x trying to place a refund on my credit card, after I told him to not keep trying, because he would cause my credit card to lock up. The employee didn't listen! The employee stated he would call me the next day to work on a refund. The employee didn't follow through, so I had to wait until Saturday to return to the store. I was waited on by a younger male employee who was cocky. I asked the young employee to leave the bad insoles up front with me until he brings the new replacement to me, and we would make the exchange. I told the young male that I wanted to make sure they are switched and not repaired in the back room and reissued to me again. The young man said, "Oh, you will know they're new, because of the way the bottom looks." I told the young man they haven't been used. The toe box section isn't sticking good so both pair look identical on the bottom. I wanted to do this fast and be on my way, because I was already disappointed that the older employee didn't follow through in calling me, and he made me wait a long time in the store while he did his sales pitch to someone else. So, I had given the Good Feet store enough of my time already. The young employee understood, and he did do the right thing in calling his main office after their register wouldn't refund after it declined it with him on his first try. The young employee was given instructions, and my card got refunded. The older employee should have done that the first time, because I specifically told him do not try my card again unless YOU know for sure you aren't going to lock my card, because I have errands. The older employee screwed up and locked the card. Thanks to the older employee for not listening to your customer, and you miserably failed in following through in making sure I got my refund! I left you the shoes, and I left with no refund until Saturday. You had no intention in making sure no one at Good Feet knew there was a refund still owed. The young young employee didn't even know what happened. He said he didn't know I had brought the shoes back. No one at Good Feet knew I was still waiting on a refund. I won't be buying shoe insoles and shoes from the older employee at Good Feet Store
