I tried to return this mess the next day and was met with denial . I know the scamsperson received good commission off our sale. Because half the stuff he sold us we didn't need! However, he maxed us out. The system isn't really designed to use in shoes you already own. Only the shoes they provide. It's my fault for not doing my due diligence and researching, but I wanted relief. And now I'm still suffering having to wait to see my podiatrist! I hate deception and I was deceived! Edit: Good Feet’s response is nothing more than a rebuttal designed to "protect the brand." There is no real resolution being offered to consumers who have taken the time to explain why they are dissatisfied with the service. The fact remains: **we still owe a balance, regardless of how useless the system has proven to be for us.** So even though I will never use the system again, I am still expected to remain liable for the bill? You were willing to take my money, but you apparently had no concern about the financial impact your misleading sales process could have on a consumer’s credit when the product does not deliver what was represented. I did not expect to get home with this system and discover that it was essentially useless with the shoes I actually wear. During the sales process, your salesperson was extremely confident that these would work with my shoes! Especially after I made it clear that I did not like the aesthetics of the BROOKS shoes I was shown. That confidence influenced my decision to purchase. Now I am left with a system I cannot reasonably use, a balance I am still expected to pay, and a company more concerned with defending its reputation than addressing the actual complaint. I will be exploring every available avenue to dispute this balance and address what I believe was deceptive and misleading conduct during the sales process. **A company should not get to call a customer’s experience a misunderstanding simply because acknowledging the truth would reflect poorly on the brand.**
