  I was a customer for home instead after I had surgery. All of the caregivers were focused on my needs. They did not come in with an agenda. If I needed to rest and talk, she talked with me. If my kitchen floor or bathroom needed to be cleaned, she cleaned them. When I went into sepsis, she took me to the ER. I also had a caregiver over night for several nights. The caregiver was immediately available when I got up. I could not have had better service.

  Home Instead was the answer to my prayers! My mom wished to go home after a lengthy hospital stay but would need daily care in order for that to happen. Living an hour away from her made it impossible for me to be there with her every day. Home Instead was the perfect alternative to a skilled care facility. Mom was able to be home where she wanted to be and still receive exceptional care. The staff at Home Instead are all incredibly compassionate and willing to work with families to meet their needs. I am so thankful for this level of care and am so relieved to know that my mom is receiving excellent care and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Home Instead for all that you do!

  The Team at Home Instead Senior Care in Waco are very professional and provide a great service. They are accommodating with schedules and assist with a wide range of services to fits your individual needs. The peace of mind that Brett and his team gives you, knowing that your parent or loved one is in good hands is immeasurable. I would recommend this group to everyone.

  We used Home Instead for nearly four years, both in our home and at an Alzheimer's facility, to help care for my wife's parents. We found the caregivers to be warm, caring professionals who always put my in-laws' needs and desires first. They became part of the family. Moreover, the staff at the Hewitt office, particularly Courtnie, who did most of the scheduling, were patient, thorough and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brett Rhodes, owner of the local franchise, and his staff to anyone needing help with elder are.
