  My experience with Dr. Massey and his assistant, Michaela, was phenomenal. From the moment I sat down in the chair, Michaela made me feel comfortable and took excellent care of me. Dr. Massey came in, thoroughly explained the procedure, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I had a root canal, and to my surprise, I experienced no pain afterward and didn’t even need to take any pain medication. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Massey and his team to any of my family and friends. Thank you for providing such great care!

  I suppose my review is only a partial one, because as it turns out, I won't be getting my procedure done here (long story, has nothing to do with the business itself!). But I did want to leave a review anyway, because the experience I had was a really good one, and based off that alone, I'd be willing to have work done here in a heartbeat (pretending my financial situation could handle it!). I'd definitely recommend them. I came in just for a consultation, but my doctor was running late. I think it was him I was hearing in the next room (I didn't WANT to eavesdrop, but it's hard to do!), performing a procedure on another patient. I think the patient had anxiety, which I understand because I do as well, but this dentist was SO amazing. He wasn't even working on me, and I felt at ease! I just heard him in there having a lighthearted conversation, making the patient laugh, etc. I can't speak for everyone, but that's the kind of personality I want when my anxiety is high. Anyway, assuming it was the same dentist, he came into my room with the same lighthearted energy, the type that makes you feel like he really enjoys what he does (rather than it being "just a job"). We went over the X-rays, discussed everything, and he gave me time to ask any questions if I had them. Again, my decision not to get care here had absolutely NOTHING to do with the business. I'm just poor, and thanks to US healthcare, teeth are luxury bones and it's really expensive to treat them for anything more serious than a cleaning. I have a LOT of dental anxiety, to the point where I bawled when my regular dentist was no longer in network with my new insurance, because finding a new dentist suuuuucks. It takes a lot for me to trust one, and I say all this because at least as far as Dr. Park goes, I would trust him in a heartbeat. Between overheard interactions and my own, I really think this is a place you'll feel at ease in. (But they offer sedation just in case!)

  Muy buen trato y servicio para mi hijo de 12 años para un Root canal, el doctor Allowitz explico muy bien el procedimiento y estoy contenta con su trabajo, 💯% Recomendado y todas las auxiliares muy buen trato.

  This place is great I had a really bad pain and within an hour they fixed the pain the doctors are also very patient

  I had an emergency root canal today and went in feeling extremely nervous because of how much pain I was in. Heart of Texas Endodontics took incredible care of me from start to finish. They were able to get me in the same day as my referral, worked efficiently, and made the entire experience so much more manageable. What stood out the most was their bedside manner—you can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing endodontic care! Thank you Dr. Allowitz & entire Waco team!
