- JWJR WaCo (R.J. WaCo)Jul 21, 20223.0This has always been my preferred pharmacy but one issue that really bothers me is how they are so restrictive on who they sell insulin syringes to. The only reason I mention it is because my nephew's blood sugar was so low one evening and I arrived to the pharmacy with his insulin bottle to prove that the need for syringes was for a true diabetic. The lady was so hesitant to assist me because of the issue involving a syringe, but to hurry and get me out the way, she said she would go ahead and sell me one bag of 10 syringes that one time only, but next time I would need the actual insulin prescription. I dont understand why they act like that since Walgreens and Walmart don't even question the situation at all.
