- JBJeremy Willis (BigJDub)May 22, 20261.0UPDATE: After having my doctor send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy I am still unable to fill them because HEB is reporting to my insurance company that I have picked up my prescriptions from them so my insurance won't allow me to fill them anywhere else. At least it's only diabetic medication, that's not important, right? I guess I'll find out since I ran out some time ago. I have been trying to get my prescription for 6 weeks now. My doc has contacted HEB at least 5 times that I know of to get them to do their job and they still keep saying im not eligable for a refill yet. I've been getting the same perscription for nearly a year. I'm out of my meds and HEB keeps pushing back when they will refill it. I will be switching pharmacies after this and my weekly grocery trips will be going somewhere else. There will be no more money coming out of my pocket at any HEB locations. I could only imagine what would happen if my issue was life threatening.
