No more worrying about what workout machines I’ll be using at the gym and trying to figure out an arm, leg day plans. With Club Pilates the only thing I need to do is make sure I have is my grip socks on. After a long day of work and being a mom having an instructor and being able to turn off my brain and just follow instructions is so nice and relaxing. I feel stronger and I love that it’s one less thing off my plate while still being able to cross it off my to do list.
