  The manager ripped my wife off. He stated she had extra time because of this epidemic to change her mind. Then when it came time for her to take the hearing aid back, he changed his mind. She was undecided to get surgery or not. When she made her mind up the store manager lied to her, and said something NOT TRUE. Shame on them for taking advantage of anyone. I Just hope he can sleep at night. Carma will always win. Not very professional to say the least. When it is only about the money and not about the clients, You need to retire...…………...
