  Affordable Dentist in Waco are absolutely the best. I am so afraid of the Dentist, but Ashley S., and all the staff there made me feel so relaxed!! Mary, Mara, and the lead Dental assistant, were so sweet. Dr. Frances was so professional and understanding of my anxiety. I am so glad I was referred to Affordable Dentist, and I am looking forward to completing my dental journey with them. Looking forward to my new smile. Thanks Ashley S. for the super cool ink pen....❤️

  They were wonderful....Victoria helped work around my money issue....and I was able to get what needed to be done today!! Actually everyone was all around helpful...A huge thank you to Ace Dental for getting me started on my perfect smile journey!!

  I went to affordable dentist in Waco for the first yesterday. Ashley S. and Dr Francies were great. The visit wasn’t rushed and they listened and understood exactly what I was wanting to take care off. I’m ready to go back and get started on my smile again.

  This has got to be the worst place I have ever been to. 90% of the time no one answers the phone. The new girl at the desk is very rude. Partial has been sent back and still does not fit properly for the friend I take care of. Very slow at getting partials done. A link was sent for an appointment that did not work for us but no way to reschedule it because no one answer the phone as it would go straight to voicemail saying could not leave a message. He had an appointment at 9 am Monday through a link and when we arrived they said he did not have an appointment. The manager said they would see him and deliver his partial after months and months of waiting…of course once again the partial does not fit properly. I had to make the patient leave early cuz I had a 10 am appointment elsewhere . Never seen it take that long to simply deliver a partial . I sent a text to tell them it’s too tight and he cannot get it out. Said it’s because I made him leave early and they were still showing him how to take it out even tho he has worn one for years and was in the chair 30-45 minutes and was telling them it was too tight. The rude woman at front desk replied back to the text with a rude message saying I was loud and confrontational which is not true! I simply said I did not know it would take that long and we would have to leave because I had an appointment that I had to be at. She is very unprofessional and if/when they get his partial adjusted right he will not be going back there. I would not take my dog there! I would rate them a 0!!! 2 days later came back to hopefully adjust partial and literally sat waiting one hour past appointment time! So unprofessional. I have asked to see the so called incident on camera and to also to speak to manager but still no response to that even tho I’ve been sitting here over and hour….after asking for a supervisors number the manger finally came out yelling (it’s all on camera) I told her I wanted to see the so called incident….of course she definitely did not do that. Demanded I leave and not allowed to come back to HER office. I said I’m not leaving without John (the patient) he is mentally disabled. She said they will bring him out. She would not let me get him! She can NOT legally keep him there! That office definitely needs a new manger without temper problems. I’ve seen another post complaining about her. So thankful it’s not just me. So now she says she will not release any of his info to me or discuss him since I’m not power of attorney. I’m wondering how they broke hippa laws all this time until she got so angry. I have called the main office in Dallas (which they refused to give me a number) I update soon!…new update: it was not the front sending texts it was the manager! So very unprofessional. Wish I could post the texts from her! My first time ever writing a review so ……….also I should add…insurance paid for his new partials and then he personally was charged 300 to “warranty” his partials or they would not do them!

  I came here to get my teeth cleaned and they said I had 5 cavities and my teeth clean would need a numbing medication that cost 200$ that my insurance did not cover. I went to my home town dentist where they cleaned my teeth perfectly without numbing medication and told me I had 0 cavities. These people are scamming u out of money if your a new patient.
