  This location has worked wonders for my family! My mom has been struggling for the longest time without hearing aids. AnnMarie and the specialist there has been so kind, caring, and helpful! From the moment you step in the door, they make you feel right at home! 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys so much!

  I had such a great experience at this hearing aid clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about helping their patients improve their quality of life. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for hearing care and excellent service! Thank you so much to Annmarie and the specialist

  I would give the personnel at this store a higher than five rating if I could. Anne Marie , the office manager, acknowledged us when we arrived. She offered us coffee, tea and water as well as snacks. My daughter made my appointment and Ann Marie was very helpful in setting it up. As far as Jenny Martinez, I can’t say enough About her professionalism and knowledge. She also followed me up by calling every day to check on productivity of hearing aids. On one occasion when she called, I told her that the hearing aids were dead. When she asked what I meant, I told her that they were not charged up and I could not get them to charge up. She immediately drove over 30 minutes to come to my residence to rescue me. I was Inserting the hearing aids incorrectly, and as soon as she installed them correctly they began to charge and I’ve had no problem since. She definitely was beyond and above in assisting me. Thank you Jenny.

  I am so glad we came to Miracle Ear. Ann Marie was knowledgeable, kind, patient while working with my husband. Jenny was very thorough and explained the process very well. My husband and I were very pleased with all the assistance available through the Miracle Ear Foundation. Thanks Jenny for providing the information. With the hearing aids, Danny is able to hear much better. We really appreciate you both.

  I am writing this review for my husband, Ervin Hartl, who recently purchased hearing aids from Miracle Ear. Jenny took the best absolute and amazing care of Ervin. He has quite a bit of hearing loss in one ear and she has been working with him to fine-tune his hearing aids to meet his hearing needs. Jenny is very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable and has an endless amount of patience. Her Sense of humor is priceless. Sometimes it’s difficult to exactly describe the Issue you’re having with the hearing aid, But Jenny is very patient and understanding, And has Successfully made several adjustments that have improved his hearing tremendously. I highly recommend Jenny and Miracle Ear to anyone who may need hearing aids
