  This place doubles charges for the blue light reflective filter. Was going to be charged 233 dollars for the same options I got somewhere else for 133. These employees most likely get commission because when I told her I didn’t have to pay this much for the same option at another place she pushed on having me be double charged. I even had an optician explain that I really was being double charged and it is a common practice.

  Been coming here for a the past years. I like that I am able to get my glasses in 30 minutes to an hour. Marisa was very helpful with explaining how much of a discount I was able to get. She was very helpful in helping with finding a frame and style and explained the difference between the lenses that I was able to pick out.

  I purchased two pairs of frames from this business and had my prescription lenses put into both. Recently, I went in and politely asked if they could verify the prescriptions in my glasses because I felt something was off and my vision did not seem correct. Unfortunately, Liz and another employee were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me they could not check the prescriptions for me, which I now understand may have been because they did not want to acknowledge the issue. After spending a significant amount of money with this business, I was shocked by the way I was treated. Because I was concerned about my vision, I went to another optical provider and asked them to check both pairs of glasses. To my disbelief, they discovered that the wrong prescription lenses had been placed in my glasses. This explains the blurry vision, discomfort, and headaches I have been experiencing. I am incredibly frustrated that I trusted this business with my eyewear needs only to end up with incorrect lenses and poor customer service. Even more disappointing was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I encountered when I simply asked for assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning. Customers deserve accurate products, accountability when mistakes are made, and respectful treatment. The behavior displayed by the employees I dealt with was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
