  Currently here with 2 under 2, the were playing with a child through the window. Vicky decided to literally sprint to yell in front of EVERYONE that it is “too distracting” for them to be playing. I’m assuming she has the same heart as the grinch if she even has one..I apologized to the ONE customer next to us and she said and I quote, “oh they aren’t a problem. I had kids once.” My children were not messing with the glasses, or breaking things, they were playing peek a boo through the window and tapping the window. I am NOT sorry that as a Mom I take my opportunity to come get glasses while the other two are in school. Vicky today not only did you aggressively elevate your blood pressure, I have to question… what was wrong with me? You seemed to smile at EVERY other customer but me? Am I too young? Is it because I’m white? Is it my children? WHATEVER the reason is, you as the general manager should know how to handle situations that raise your blood pressure better. OH I wanted you to know the music is distracting too. But I’m sure you don’t care. I hope you read this and understand both of my children are under two. They were doing child activities. I will not glue them to a phone so they hush. You ma’am are the reason this is the last time I will attend this location, and I’ve been here for 12 years. Congratulations Vicky. 12 years Vicky.

  The staff is amazing. The eyeglass coatings are not. I've only used the products they sell to care for my glasses and already warranty replaced then. The new pair are horrible too. The coatings rub right off destroying visibility. After 5+ years I've switched companies. Update: The issue is the coatings simply rub off. The lenes are not scratched, just the UV coatings must be dipped and no good. Ensure your coatings are baked on. Maybe it is bad lab? All of my glasses me issue. I've now moved to another companfrom this company have had the say with different lab.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Marisa was wonderful and extremely helpful helping me choose my first ever pair of glasses, she made the worry of choice melt away. The guy who made my glasses Cale, not only did a great job making the glasses but also went out of his way to help me adjust the ear parts so they didn’t slip down. Those two are keepers and a perfect one two combo for a great experience.

  Nice staff but discounts are not a discount and wait time to get glasses and to pick up glasses is too long. Should be able to walk in look at my glasses and hand them to me.

  The customer service team whom I had the pleasure to have worked with me & my needs were exceptional while being very professional and friendly. I’m walking away from this experience a very satisfied customer and definitely will be looking forward to my next session. A big thank you to all of the people involved in this great team and business 💥👌🏽
