    I purchased two pairs of frames from this business and had my prescription lenses put into both. Recently, I went in and politely asked if they could verify the prescriptions in my glasses because I felt something was off and my vision did not seem correct. Unfortunately, Liz and another employee were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me they could not check the prescriptions for me, which I now understand may have been because they did not want to acknowledge the issue. After spending a significant amount of money with this business, I was shocked by the way I was treated. Because I was concerned about my vision, I went to another optical provider and asked them to check both pairs of glasses. To my disbelief, they discovered that the wrong prescription lenses had been placed in my glasses. This explains the blurry vision, discomfort, and headaches I have been experiencing. I am incredibly frustrated that I trusted this business with my eyewear needs only to end up with incorrect lenses and poor customer service. Even more disappointing was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I encountered when I simply asked for assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning. Customers deserve accurate products, accountability when mistakes are made, and respectful treatment. The behavior displayed by the employees I dealt with was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

    Currently here with 2 under 2, the were playing with a child through the window. Vicky decided to literally sprint to yell in front of EVERYONE that it is “too distracting” for them to be playing. I’m assuming she has the same heart as the grinch if she even has one..I apologized to the ONE customer next to us and she said and I quote, “oh they aren’t a problem. I had kids once.” My children were not messing with the glasses, or breaking things, they were playing peek a boo through the window and tapping the window. I am NOT sorry that as a Mom I take my opportunity to come get glasses while the other two are in school. Vicky today not only did you aggressively elevate your blood pressure, I have to question… what was wrong with me? You seemed to smile at EVERY other customer but me? Am I too young? Is it because I’m white? Is it my children? WHATEVER the reason is, you as the general manager should know how to handle situations that raise your blood pressure better. OH I wanted you to know the music is distracting too. But I’m sure you don’t care. I hope you read this and understand both of my children are under two. They were doing child activities. I will not glue them to a phone so they hush. You ma’am are the reason this is the last time I will attend this location, and I’ve been here for 12 years. Congratulations Vicky. 12 years Vicky.

    The staff is amazing. The eyeglass coatings are not. I've only used the products they sell to care for my glasses and already warranty replaced then. The new pair are horrible too. The coatings rub right off destroying visibility. After 5+ years I've switched companies. Update: The issue is the coatings simply rub off. The lenes are not scratched, just the UV coatings must be dipped and no good. Ensure your coatings are baked on. Maybe it is bad lab? All of my glasses me issue. I've now moved to another companfrom this company have had the say with different lab.
