When I stopped by the office, Holly had left for the day. Her assistant reached out to her and she returned to the office. She checked my ear and to my surprise the dome hadn't stayed in the ear. Holly replaced the dome and sent me on my way. Huge thanks to Universal City Miracle Ear. Consistently the best customer service.
