My experience was exceptional from greeting, checking in, and receiving assistance for picking out frames plus explaining each component of the lenses and frames that my insurance will cover and my responsibility. Plus I never had anyone to be so attentive as I'm trying on frames to tell me how the frames should fit my face. Elizabeth helped me with my choice of frames and explained insurance coverage. All the ladies that setup my account and check my insurance were amazing. They also were very caring and helpful. I would say this whole staff is like family.
