Lydia was very helpful getting my lenses changed out for me when I wasn't happy with the brown lenses. Very easy process. When I picked my glasses up Brandy was very helpful in making adjustments to my frames so they fit perfectly.

I ordered 2pairs of glasses and neither prescription was correct. When I picked them up, the man working was rude and did not provide any service such as helping with fitting or cleaning the glasses. When I told him I didn't think the prescription was correct, he insisted it was and said I could take them or return them for a refund. He never offered to check the prescription. He also stated that it takes a few days to get used to a new prescription. I ended up taking them to my eye doctor to get the prescription checked, and what a surprise, it was wrong. When I took them back to Target, the same employee insisted again that the prescription was correct. I explained what was wrong with the prescription and he still insisted it was correct. He finally pulled up my account and said it was made exactly like it said in the computer. He showed me the computer and I had to put my finger on the error and say do you see the'+' there? It is supposed to be a '-'. Only then did he see that the prescription was wrong. He has no idea what he is doing.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the different lenses and addons. I’ve always had a hard time finding glasses that fit comfortably and look good with my face shape. Ryan was able to find a pair that both fit perfectly and actually looked really good as well. I will almost certainly come back anytime I need frames.

I had a very nice experience choosing a new pair of glasses at Target. They don’t have a huge selection so I was surprised to find several pairs I liked and one that I loved in a short amount of time. Brandy was very helpful and attentive. I never had to wait for assistance or to ask a question. The whole purchase process was quick and thorough. I thought of another question later. It was after hours so I left a message. I was surprised to get a phone call from her right away the next morning to answer my question. I have never had such a good experience picking out glasses!
