What stands out most is the kindness that fills the studio. It's more than just a great workout—it's a place where people lift each other up. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. I'm so grateful to have found this community and highly recommend it to anyone.
- LJLaneshia JameisonMar 30, 20261.0I booked a class over the phone because I have a class that ends 20 mins before the class starts and broadway is busy I knew I might be 5 or less late and I made it at 1:04 and the lady at the front seat with a bandaid over her eye told me I can not come in and my mom was already in back she claims it was because they were already warming up but that was not the case because I could hear the lady in the back saying before we start our warm up there are head rests you can adjust . I fell it was very race motivated .
