  This studio is amazing! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The instructors are all fantastic, and do such a great job of giving you a workout while also making sure you have proper form. I would 100% recommend YogaSix Trophy Club!

  I was intimidated coming into a yoga studio but I’m so happy that I finally built up the courage to come in and try a class. Everyone is so welcoming, accepting, nonjudgmental, positive and the classes are SOO FUNN! I’m instantly hooked. It had been years since I’ve done yoga and the classes they provide are challenging but the teachers really help push me as hard as I can go with a cool, calm ending. Some of the classes even use weights too! They are helping me reach my fitness goals!! I’m very pleased and happy I decided to join because it’s changing my life in the best way possible. YogaSix is the best part of my day. If you’re intimidated to come in, just pretend like you’re going to meet your best friend… put a smile on your face and you’ll be so glad you did. Thanks, YogaSix Trophy Club for all you do!

  Until a month ago I had never done yoga, but I decided to try it out to help with running. It has been a great first month with YogaSix and their great teachers and classes. The teachers are really positive and helpful. I’m looking forward to many months more!
