- MTMonica Thompson2 days ago5.0Exactly what i wanted and it was perfect! The instructor was awesome! she was on point with breath work l, inhale exhale, and her cues were easy for me to follow! I am a novice so I was thinking it would be hard but it was great!! I felt amazing and the hour flew by! I am going to continue to practice there! Love the hot yoga too! And other choices I did a ‘mobility’ which was exactly what I needed!

My favorites classes are Veronica’s Core and traditional heated flow classes! There are so many classes to choose from. The staff are always welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out.

I didn’t feel like “just another participant.” The staff truly went out of their way to ensure comfort for us all. Attending Deanna’s Slow Flow class was the perfect way to begin my relaxing Sunday. Happy anniversary, Yoga Six! Can’t wait to return :)
