- JKJohn KeithAug 13, 20261.0When in the other day on my lunch break had had to pick up some zinc and a few other things. I asked the Pharmacist a question about the zinc and he was extremely rude and a bit dismissive. Had a few more things but I will end it here. Not a very noce store experience

She actually takes the time to listen and always has great customer service. She made what can be a stressful pharmacy visit feel so easy, and it’s employees like her that keep me coming back. When you call, they pick up the phone and tell you to hold and hang it up. They don’t wait for a response, They don’t say thank you. I get it you’re busy. But so is everyone else and we Still have time to be courteous. I’m done with this pharmacy
- MMMarkJun 15, 20262.0This has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited, and honestly, it was almost impressive. The experience was so comically bad it felt like I was trapped in a sitcom. I called ahead and asked how long my prescription would take. They told me 1 hour and 45 minutes. I showed up over 2 hours later, only to be told it would be another 1 hour and 45 minutes. Apparently, the countdown timer resets every time you ask. After wandering around the store for a while, I checked back in and was told they were too busy and it would be at least another hour. At that point, I was starting to wonder if they were just messing with me. I ended up transferring it to another H-E-B Pharmacy closer to home and had it in hand as soon as I walked in. Somehow the pharmacy miles away managed to fill it faster than this one.
