As a patient scheduling an appt, I find it frustrating that I did my part in looking for a provider listed on my in network list only to be told by your receptionist that my insurance is not accepted. My insurance company reached out to you guys only to be told by your receptionist that your eye clinic has never been in network with my insurance. —Idk what is going on, but this is NOT a patient issues. Please work with the insurance company to get this fixed and to save someone else the hassle of trying to make an appt with your clinic.

Her friendly and caring approach made me feel confident that I was receiving the best care possible. I received my new glasses today, and the prescription is perfect—everything is so crisp and clear!
