- AAAllyson5 days ago1.0Just stopped by to fix a pair of glasses under warranty, the older employee made me feel like an annoyance when asking for help and not clarifying to enter my email address. Instead of explaining to enter an email he just shoved the iPad toward me. I would’ve appreciated a “Please input your email” instead of an iPad being shoved in my hands. Please do better. xoxo

There were maybe 5 or 6 customers in the store. I made a lap to look at frames but no one greeted me, asked if I needed help (which I did), or said they’d be with me in a moment so I left.
