We also offer a flexible approach to PT, OT, and Speech therapy services, extending beyond our clinic walls. As needed, we can conduct therapy evaluations and provide treatments at your place of residence. We offer wellness services as a continuation of care for patients who have discharged from formal therapy services or for those with goals beyond that of formalized therapy needs.

- CBCarol BlanchardDec 5, 20255.0I have been to several rehab facilities over the years for various injuries and surgeries, and I can say that POST Rehab is by far the BEST! ALL the therapists are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and are assigned only ONE patient at a time so you are one on one with the therapist for your entire session. All the other facilities would assign two or three patients at the same time, so I would end up sitting and waiting while the therapist worked with the other patients. This wasted time and was less effective resulting in the need for more sessions. If you want personal, professional attention from a wonderful group of therapists, POST Rehab is the place to go!
- HWHeather WeisNov 22, 20255.0I had very little movement in my toe following bunion surgery and difficulty with my gait after being in a walking boot for 7 weeks. Courtney, my PT was amazing. She helped me gain movement back in my toe and was so helpful suggesting the right footwear to purchase. After working with Courtney my range of motion and strength have greatly improved. I am back exercising, wearing normal shoes and all my pain is gone. Everyone at the office is friendly and I highly recommend POST Rehab and Wellness.

Dr. Erik worked really well with her, he listen to her and knew what exercises/PT would be best for her to finish her season. Rachel at the front desk is really nice and caring as well. Rachel was friendly and welcoming from the moment that she answered when I called. I will recommend POST to anyone needing PT/OT.
