He was able to provide a discount to kids frames and lenses, and had them ready within 30 mins. He was willing to stay after closing to make sure our son had glasses this evening. High recommend and considering using them from now on!!!

I would give this location 0 stars for customer service. I spent approximately 10 minutes in the office and never even had the opportunity to see the doctor. Due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional environment, I decided to cancel my appointment. Before leaving, I was asked to sign a form stating that I was declining treatment. The staff member who assisted me in the doctor’s office never introduced herself and displayed a very rude and dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. She informed me that I was required to undergo an eye dilation procedure. When I asked whether it was necessary and what the difference was between the two available options, her response was simply that one would be covered by insurance and the other would not. That is not an appropriate medical explanation for a patient who is trying to understand a procedure that will be performed on their eyes. I expected a clear explanation of the purpose, benefits, and necessity of the procedure, rather than a discussion focused solely on insurance coverage. As a patient, I should feel informed, respected, and comfortable asking questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and left me with no confidence in the care I would receive. Very disappointing.
