- CCChrisMar 19, 20244.0I’m not sure what’s happened at this place but customer service has degraded to the point that I’m going somewhere else. Been a patron to this pharmacy for so many years I can’t remember and everyone seemed like they cared. Unfortunately as of late there a lot of new staff members and they are exceptionally rude. Even when there’s no one there they take forever to even acknowledge that you’re waiting. Here’s a tip for your HEB pharmacy…when it’s busy, take the 1 second and tell those waiting that you’ll be with them as soon as possible…that goes a long way vs ignoring them for 10 min. You can get scripts anywhere, save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that appreciates their customers. Follow-up from 1 star rating: Seems to have corrected. Things are definitely better, friendlier and accomodating now.
