Very poor facility , last week there AC was off for a whole day! snooty , dismissive staff, Unsafe place. I have had pilates session in louetta and woodlands location , They have great staff and instructors. I had to take 1 class here due to time crunch. I had a horrible experience as The receptionist stopped me stating I am 7 mins late. It was a 45 mins drive , also it was heavily raining that day. Receptionist was rude and stubborn. Then next class I had Andrew who makes level1 classes harder than 1.5 unnecessarily. People are taking 1 for a reason. He absolutely does not care about others comfort / fitness or safety just pushes you , shows off how fit he is ! best part about other instructors in other locations, they try to teach people not make them feel inferior. Also He uses tools meant for level 2 or at least 1.5 in class 1, legally you need candidates approval and consent for the same. I felt extremely demoralized, demotivated and hurt in his class. Today I heard he again did a chair exercise in a level 1 class and some poor gurl fell and hurt herself. I am so disgusted and disappointed that none sues this people! If you are taking 300$ a month, the least you can do is to make sure its a safe place. I feel sorry for the poor girl who hurt herself today, She was forced to do 2 level equipment in level 1 class : she did not sign up or gave consent for this. My friend informed 4-5 of them were very uncomfortable in same level 1 class for chair introduction , clueless about chair exercise in level 1. Absolutely don’t recommend this place. worst facility ever. If you dont wana be disrespected, demotivated and hurt- Avoid this place like plague.

The Woodlands Creekside studio has the worst staff experience I’ve had so far. I have been a customer since August 2025, and I usually attend the Woodforest and Alden Bridge locations. Those studios are excellent, and their staff is always professional, kind, and understanding. Yesterday, I decided to take a late class, and the only option available was at the Creekside location. It was my first time there, and since I live near Lake Conroe, I had to drive about 40 minutes to arrive on time. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong building at first and then had trouble figuring out the code for the electronic door. I had to call the front desk for assistance. By the time I finally got inside, I was told I was 10 minutes late and could not join the class. I explained everything that had happened, but the front desk employee showed no understanding or empathy. The instructor also saw the situation and did not make any effort to help. This studio should remember that Pilates is not just a workout for many people — it is also stress relief and therapy during difficult moments. As paying customers, we expect professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help when unexpected situations happen. I truly hope this location improves its customer service because it was very disappointing compared to the experience I’ve always had at the other studios.

Highly recommend CP The Woodlands. The classes are fun, energetic, challenging yet accommodating. The instructors are amazing as well. I especially love taking classes with Andrew, his educational background in dance anatomy is very helpful. His knowledge of the body’s anatomical and physical properties allows me to trust him with helping me become the best version of myself
