  It was my first time there and I got the infrared sauna only. I had a good experience and Jolene was knowledgeable. Get there at least 10 min before your scheduled time so you can get the intro tour. I liked how clean the facility and it has all the amenities that I needed.

  I’m a fitness enthusiast who alternates running and strength training seven days a week. Recovery is essential and ASW is the best place to go. Adrian is extremely knowledgable about each recovery treatment and the entire staff makes me smile every time I’m there. I absolutely love the 60 minute float therapy session! The red, green, and blue light therapy are also fabulous. This is one of the most important ways to invest in your long-term health.

  My husband surprised me with this as a ‘day date’ for our 25th wedding anniversary. We loved it! The team was so kind and made us feel very special. They even hand wrote us an anniversary card! Highly recommend the Date Night Float!! David & LeeAnn

  I had my first experience at the Altered States Wellness Colony location and I was honestly blown away. I booked the Recovery State Experience and it exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jason, who is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever encountered in any wellness or service environment. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. He took the time to walk me through all of the Lab options (red light therapy, PEMF, compression) and made me feel totally comfortable choosing what felt right for me. I ended up doing red light therapy for the Lab portion, which was so calming and refreshing! It set the perfect tone for the rest of my session. Then came the Fire & Ice portion… and I have to say, I have a huge fear of cold plunges. Like, 40–50 degree water is no joke. I was very intimidated going into it, but Jason completely changed the experience for me. He was so encouraging, supportive, and motivating in a way that felt genuine. Because of him, I pushed myself way further than I ever thought I could. I ended up doing the cold plunge THREE times for around 2 minutes each (and yes, I was literally talking myself through it out loud and praying through it 😂). Jason even told me afterward that I actually went longer than I thought on my first plunge, which made me feel so proud. What really stood out was how much he cared. He celebrated that moment with me, acknowledged how hard it was, and made me feel genuinely accomplished for facing something I was scared of. That kind of service is rare; you can’t fake that level of encouragement and connection. I walked out not only feeling physically amazing, but also mentally stronger and honestly just… proud of myself. And a huge part of that is because of Jason. If you’re even remotely curious about trying this place, DO IT. The experience itself is incredible, but the people (especially Jason) are what make it unforgettable. I LOVE Altered States Wellness and will absolutely be back.

  I’ve only been coming here for just over two weeks, but I’ve already experienced all of their services—sauna, cold plunge, massage chair, red light therapy, the lab, and the salt float—and I’m honestly impressed. The salt float has been a game changer for my sleep; I leave feeling deeply relaxed and sleep so well afterward. Overall, I’ve noticed less joint pain and a greater sense of calm in my body. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. The staff creates such a welcoming, family-like environment that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking to invest in your wellness!
