Pam and Ashley looked after a few of my friends and I as we tried out some of their amazing services for the first time. My absolute favorite experience was 'Float', I had just completed a very heavy training week of 10 Pilates classes in 5 days and this was an awesome way to relax and help my muscles recover from the week. Highly recommend Altered States Wellness for relaxation and recovery!! go check them out

I definitely recommend giving them a try they had all the different modalities for healing. It was so sexy & clean inside they also had samples for an hydration product they sell.. it was giving good healing vibes ✨️

I just recently purchased a membership and I’m loving it! I love the benefits I receive from each service. I’m still trying out things to see which are my faves. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a great place run by great people, try Altered States Wellness in The Colony as soon as you can. Even if you don’t purchase a membership, they’re always running specials, so please give this place a try! I wish them nothing but success and I hope they’re around for a long time to come!
