First off I am 80 years of age, went in to the Belton Office for a simple cleaning, was also supposed to see Dr Fairbanks but they switched on me and I saw a different Dentist, they came up with all kinds of things wrong with me and most was cosmetic, an 80 year old is not looking for something cosmetic, they came up with x-rays which was fine, then the dentist saw me and came up with deep cleaning, ( have never even had the slightest bleeding gums) crowns and the final cost was going to be over 4,000 dollars so I ended up paying 197 dollars for a dental visit and still didn't get the cleaning, they also wanted me to pay for a portion of the services that I had not received yet. Needless to say that office lost my family's business and I would never recommend them to anyone. now the hygienist has left and I would have been in the middle of all of these treatments if i had elected them. left there feeling like I had been talking to a used car salesman trying to sell me a lemon. (note) went to different dentist and didn't need any of the treatments that were suggested.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this Dental Office. The reception you receive from walking in the door to receiving the treatment you are there for has always been a good experience. I enjoy this Dental Office and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Dentist.
