  I had a wonderful experience at AudioNova. I was nervous about getting hearing aids for the first time, but the audiologist took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions, adjusted the hearing aids specifically for my hearing loss, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. She set up different listening programs for me, showed me how to use the app, and explained that we would gradually increase my prescription as I adjusted. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was. I’m already hearing sounds I haven’t heard in years, and my tinnitus is much less noticeable when I’m wearing my hearing aids. I highly recommend AudioNova to anyone looking for compassionate, professional hearing care.
