- RMRon McDavidJul 21, 20261.0My daughter has a specific medication that she must fill every 30 days and has tried for several years to get HEB to have it available. There is no reason to include cost and control restrictions that a company this large can not support having this critical medication available for her within in a reasonable time. This issue has repeated itself monthly for several years. Understanding the cost restricts smaller pharmacies from keeping it on hand. HEB can afford it. I thought it was miss management or even incompetence, however I now realize they just don’t care. And that is sad.
