I checked with the opt multiple times to ensure I was walking away with everything I needed to order glasses online, and made sure he knew from the jump that I would not be buying glasses from him. He smiled and said that was no problem, then provided me with an incomplete prescription. If I want a complete prescription, they say they'll be happy to charge me another fee. I'm just disappointed to be scammed again, I guess.
