Ashley offered lots of options for modifications so I feel like it is good for anyone who wants to try no matter your experience level she will provide options so you can workout at the level you are at and show you the path to get to the next level.

My favorites are evenings with Ashley to feel strong and accomplished and quite a bit challenged at week's end and Sundays with Lindsay for a warm consistent routine that is the perfect level for me. My only feedback would be to leave enough time between poses to be able to offer and show more alternatives to poses for people who are still leveling up in the mobility class. I adore it because it's a challenge and always has something new but sometimes I just can't do the pose yet. It's something I can aspire to though!

My main issue is once they have your number they call you so much you have to end up blocking their number. They really push you to sign up for membership. It’s so much I almost stopped going from the non stop phone calls.
