  I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Tanishea was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selecting my new frames and lenses. I was undecided about which frames to choose, but after listening carefully to my preferences and requirements, Tanishea helped me find the right pair by offering several different options and recommendations. She also walked me through all the available lens options, including the newer transition technology that allows the lenses to become darker, even inside the car while driving. In my opinion, this is a must-have feature! I truly appreciate Tanishea’s professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  Went in for an Eye exam for contacts and glasses. The customer service reps were friendly and attentive. Helped me get ready for my exam. The doctor was super thoughtful and transparent. Great equipment, and happy with my purchases. Recommend!

  I took my son's glasses in hope that they would be able to repair them, considering he only had the glasses for 2 weeks and broke them. When I walked into the store, the manager immediately greeted me and I told him my issue. He offered to order me a brand new pair of frames (free of charge) or I could take the display ones off the shelf so I wouldn't have to wait for them to get shipped to my house. I want to thank Travis for going above and beyond with such professionalism and service. I will definitely be going back to the Warby Parker in Sugar Land for all of my eyewear needs.

  I had my first experience buying new frames/glasses at Warby Parker in Sugar Land today and I couldn't have been more pleased! The associate that helped me, Ashley, was so kind, helpful and thorough. She helped me choose frames, made sure that I knew exactly what I wanted (i.e. progressives, photo chromatic), checked my vision insurance and broke down the details, price and warrantee info very specifically before the transaction was completed. I have not received the glasses yet, of course, but in just the trying on, I can tell they are made from quality materials and are at a much lower price that I have previously paid at other stores. Can't wait to receive the two pair that I purchased!
