I love the personal care I always receive here. I was sorry to see Michael move on to another clinic, but David was very kind to take me in for new earmolds right away.

This location is a blessing for Sugarland. I love the two front ladies they are so amazing. David Rodriguez was very honest on whether I needed hearing aids. Wonderful group. Thank you Sugarland near first colony mall.

This place is by far one of the most attentive and professional locations I have ever visited. The customer service is consistently exceptional and truly speaks for itself every time I come in. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs reflect in so many ways, and often exceed my expectations. I never leave this place feeling overlooked or like I wasn’t listened to. The staff always takes the time to understand my needs and genuinely cares about my overall experience and well-being. True customer service like this is very hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, consistency, and care they provide every time I visit.
