  Our conversation with Michael was very professional and informative. He so patiently explained and listened so my husband could get the best results. This is his first time wearing the hearing aids and so far so good.. Thank you Michael for your patience and kindness you show us every time we come for our follow up visits.

  I have purchased 4 sets of hearing aids from this location over the years and worked with many of the Miracle-Ear employees. My experience has always been good. The new Manager, Ken and the Office Manager, Vanessa are among the very best I have had the pleasure to work with. They both are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As a matter of fact an appointment feels like visiting a favorite relative or friend. My hearing aids are operating better than I have experienced previously and I am very pleased. In my opinion, if you currently have hearing aids that aren't performing to your expectations..... or..... if you have never had hearing aids at all but have difficulty with your hearing..... call Vanessa and schedule an appointment with Ken.   If you need hearing aids you must go here! They help you pick what best fits you and your needs. I’ve never been so happy to not yell when talking to my grandmother. She got her second pair of hearing aids. She first went to a small town because that’s where she is from the only hearing aid people in town. They didn’t even work a year before breaking. This place make sure they work and keep working and give you free cleanings with your purchase every three months and they teach you at a slow pace how to use them and put them in. Also cleaning at home until your three month cleaning. They are extremely nice here and so helpful I could have found her a better place. She was so excited to her leafs crunch under her feet, hear birds and regular everyday noises. Also big plus if you have to move no worries everything followed you and you continue at a new miracle ear nearest you. You seriously can’t beat that at all.
