⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Lesli!
I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Lesli. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect eyewear. She took the time to understand my needs, explained my options clearly, and made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process incredibly easy and enjoyable.
Lesli’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly set her apart. She helped me find frames that not only fit perfectly but also matched my style and budget. Her expertise and customer-focused approach made me feel valued and confident in my purchase.
It’s rare to encounter someone who combines product knowledge with such a warm and positive attitude. If you’re visiting LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Lesli. She provides the kind of service that turns a routine shopping trip into an exceptional experience.
Thank you, Lesli, for going above and beyond! You are a tremendous asset to the team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ester was very professional and kind and patient with me. She fixed my glasses like brand new. Mind you, they got smashed in a car crash that totalled my car. Great work!

I saw the doctor 5/6/2026. She was extremely rude and condescending in her attitude and tone towards me. I figured it may be because she was having a bad day, but that’s nothing to do with me. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in elementary school and I’ve never had a bad experience with a doctor. My prescription hadn’t changed that much since last year, and she had an attitude about that. What kind of doctor is upset about your eyes being healthy? I don’t understand. Now that I have my prescription I feel like my prescription is slightly off and I feel uncomfortable with going back to her to correct it. The thought gives me anxiety. I went there because of the google reviews, but I had such a bad experience with the doctor I almost question the validity of the reviews. I want to get my prescription corrected, but I don’t want to go back there. LensCrafters has to have better doctors than this. I definitely wouldn’t go back to this location.
I submitted a survey leaving a negative review and contacted customer service, but ironically they were unable to find my negative feedback and have been giving me an exceedingly hard time. It’s just been a bad customer service experience over all. I wasn’t going to leave a google review, but I knew that if I did at least this one would be received.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
