My son has autism and his mom and I tried explaining this to the doctor multiple times and she was just rude and emotionless. She told my wife to leave the room and didn’t even ask her, I kept making recommendations or trying to help and she would ignore me. She was insensitive to my son’s disability and to me and my wife and we struggled through it and it was so overwhelming and emotional for him. Honestly once I pick up his glasses that I already paid for we’re never coming back here again. This doctor could care less about people and has 0 understanding of what it’s like families like ours what it takes to do regular things like eye exams or haircuts or anything else for that matter. The salespeople are amazing and that’s the only reason I’m giving 1 star.
