  When I've called for assistance or visited they have been remarkable. Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable.

  The entire pharmacy order fulfillment process needs to be overhauled. Why do I have to wait in the general pick up line when I already have paid for my prescriptions online? There should be a separate line for online orders. Why are people not asked to go to the consulting line when they have 50 questions to ask? Some of us just want to pick up our orders! I can see the staff running around to help people in line but if there is a line then the staff should not be on the phone helping people who can wait! Maybe the problem is the Kroger upper management who's either kept the pharmacy short staffed or refuse to streamline the process!

  Terrible. 15 yrs ago, this was my family primary pharmacy. It was good back then. Then, we moved to other neighborhoods. Just recently, two things per chance made me go back to this. Once, I happened to be nearby and wanted to pick up something, it was a long wait and the service rep was discourteous, didn't reply to me how long the wait would be, until I asked a few times. Then, 5 min stretched to 1/2 hr. I dismissed it as just one-time event. Then, I had to go for the Covid vaccine. I had no choice but select this one on Kroger appointment website. I went there, 20 min before the appointment, and again, a total of 55 minutes (35 min later than the appointment time) passed before the vaccination. Two times can't be an accident. This pharmacy is terrible. Kroger management should do something, otherwise, don't go there.

  Kroger’s Pharmacy isn’t always the least expensive. And although the hospital sent in the prescription in the day of proposed discharge - and it was delayed a full day, the pharmacy failed to notify us they did not have the new meds on hand/in stock. they take time with each and every customer and review meds and answer questions.

  Rather nice, fairly fast. Only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars, is because their cash prices, that I paid ALL of, for a couple years, in fact, before discovering generic Rx discount coupons, are much higher than other places, unless you get drugs in the $4 program. $4 = 4 stars.
