  The staff and both pharmacists at this location are a breath of fresh air. I have been a loyal customer at this pharmacy since the day the store opened, and that long-standing relationship has only reinforced my appreciation for the exceptional service provided here. Neil and Mary go above and beyond to ensure that I am fully knowledgeable about every medication I receive. Whether it is explaining potential side effects, clarifying dosage instructions, or making sure I understand how a new prescription interacts with my existing medications, they take the time to make certain I leave with confidence and clarity. They have always made themselves available to answer questions whenever needed, no matter how busy the pharmacy may be, and they do so with patience and genuine care. Another thing I love is this location is never crowded in comparison to some of the other locations I pass by. As a person who manages multiple health conditions, visiting a pharmacy can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the time and personal attention given to me each visit makes all the difference. It is comforting to know that my health is in the hands of professionals who treat every customer as an individual rather than just a transaction. The entire staff contributes to a welcoming environment that keeps me coming back. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. Neil, Mary, and the rest of the team have set a standard of care that is truly rare, and I am grateful to have them in my corner as I navigate my health journey.   We have had such a great experience with the pharmacy team at the Kroger on University Blvd in Missouri City. We first started using this location during the pandemic because it was the only pharmacy we could find with a drive through, and we have stayed ever since. The pharmacists and technicians consistently go out of their way to take excellent care of us. They are kind, patient, and always willing to help, even during what I know are very busy times. Every interaction has been positive. We truly appreciate everyone we have come in contact with at this location. Thank you for the care and professionalism you show your customers. Highly recommended.
