Normally I have a good experience at this location but this female, I will be respectful and not mention her name, was rude and made me wait an hour even after I let her know it was a 30 minute drive to get to the pharmacy. I probably would have let the whole experience go but when I got home, I received a phone call that my second prescription was ready for pick up. I have a hard time believing she did not know this. I won’t say anymore but I do not expect this type of behavior from a H‑E‑B partner. Obviously some training needs to be given to this individual
