  On a whim I decided to try a class. Wow!!! What an adrenaline rush! When I came early everyone was warm and friendly, the cycle class trainer was Elizabeth. She was so friendly and talked to me before the class setting my up as I’ve never done CycleBar before. The room was such a vibe! It was dark and moody and the mirrors allow you to check yourself, posture and egg yourself on. The instructor was engaging, energetic but not annoyingly chirpy, noticed when the newbies stepped up and did advanced moves. We even had a lil section of bar weights for strength training! The lighting and music selection created such a poppin atmosphere which was pumping me up, started dancing on my cycle. Hehe careful to not fall off. I’ve tried cycling before and I always struggle with putting on those pedestals, some won’t click bc they’re broken and I have lost balance and almost fell off trying to either get on or off before. This company’s bike system has shoes you get to wear which perfectly click on to the bike and are breeze to get on and off. That in itself takes the cycle experience to another level in safety, comfort and ease. To top off a highly enjoyable, full on cardio workout riders are offered essential oil infused chilled towels at the end as they exit. Absolutely heavenly feeling on the skin after the sweaty workout! Great extra touch. My bum is already sore and who knows if I can walk tomorrow tee hee. 😆 10/10!! Highly recommended. I’ll def be back!

  I love Cycle Bar sugar land!! I was looking for something more fun to do as far as working out and tried it and January. I’ve been a member ever since! The vibes are amazing, they always take care of their riders, always have a clean environment and all of the riders are super sweet. Tai is one of my favorite instructors because her energy is always at 100000 and her playlist/classes are always fun!

  Great workout but more importantly AMAZING service!! Everyone is so helpful and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you step in. Great covid precautions in place!!
