- LWLauren WeberJun 1, 20265.0I've been a member at this club Pilates location for almost 2 years now. I would definitely recommend it for anyone interested in pilates or just getting started. It is the most affordable option I have found anywhere, and pilates is such and amazing discipline for your mind and body. When I started pilates I had weal glute muscles and severe low back pain from poor posture and alignment, but also probably from weak core muscles After about 4 months my back pain was gone and my body felt totally different, super balanced and stable.

I appreciate that Club Pilates follows classic techniques, but incorporates fun. Allee is THE best instructor I’ve found thus far. She really pays attention and adjusts form and incorporates direction to help you use the right muscle groups. She leads a tough class, but she is kind. I love her!

I’ve been here at Club Pilates for almost 1-2 months now and I’m honestly mad at myself for not singing up sooner. The people in here are phenomenal. The instructors/ coaches are just the sweetest people who actually take their time with you to make sure you got it down correctly. The front desk people are the nicest and always make me feel safe. And a big bonus: the lockers are so cute, I could on and on. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in both my physical AND mental health since I’ve started. With now having more energy I’ve lost weight and have gained confidence and I’m constantly in a better mood each day and I genuinely look forward to each session. I could not recommend Pilates enough. If my paragraph didn’t convince you, just come in for your trial session… you wont regret it.. <33 xx
