The manager and staff are always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they truly go out of their way to make members feel like part of the community. Two of my good friends ended up joining too, and now we all take classes together! I noticed some of the negative reviews on here, and from reading them, many seem to involve billing issues or disagreements with membership policies. I can only speak from my own experience, but I have never had an issue. The policies have always been communicated clearly, and the team has always been helpful whenever I have had a question. I genuinely enjoy coming here and highly recommend Club Pilates Sugar Land to anyone looking for a welcoming studio and a great Pilates community!
