  This happened in 2024, but it made me immediately cancel my membership. During the reformer session, I took a minute to rest during an exercise. The instructor saw and immediately took all the resistance off. It was already on the recommended lowest setting. I had been going for an over a year and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I get it if my form was incorrect or if I kept taking constant breaks. But the teacher could have asked or talked to me after class. Tbh the no resistance was probably more unsafe because my body went flying without any tension. 2 stars instead of 1 because there are some gem instructors.

  The Pilates club located on Highway six Sugarland location scams your membership money. They’re always overbooked for class sessions and if classes are not available due to overbooking you still lose the classes you paid for non Refundable. The expectation is to get on the waitlist and you are informed an hour before availability as if I have all the Time in the world to wait around for that last minute opening. Membership structure is awful with limited capacity to book sessions.

  Clearly the front/sales staff needs training, they lie on your face and the manager can’t keep up to the promise the sales staff made in writing to you. I was told one thing and when I went there I wasn’t offered that; when I spoke to the manager she said she doesn’t know who wrote that email and did not take ownership of the Issue at hand. The front desk had said that would call me back when I asked she lied to my face that I called and left a voice message as well. Be aware of this place; the sales staff will say 1 thing and the front desk will not honor it even if it’s in writing. Waste of time exchanging emails and the personal visit. Bunch of unprofessional people running this location. The sales staff confirmed the same deal as mail on phone on oct 9th and I went to the club on Oct 12th. The manager told me the sales staff gave wrong information to me on phone. I am not silly to compare an August deal in October nor do I like to attack people on Google review, what happened was unfair and there was no courtesy call given to understand the issue or resolve it. Thank you.

  This place is absolutely amazing!! The facility is very clean. The staff is great and the new GM Chan seems to be very intuitive and on top of things. They really give you a family type of feeling.
