- LWLauren WeberJun 1, 20265.0I've been a member at this club Pilates location for almost 2 years now. I would definitely recommend it for anyone interested in pilates or just getting started. It is the most affordable option I have found anywhere, and pilates is such and amazing discipline for your mind and body. When I started pilates I had weal glute muscles and severe low back pain from poor posture and alignment, but also probably from weak core muscles After about 4 months my back pain was gone and my body felt totally different, super balanced and stable.

She’s a great leader and you can tell she is very knowledgeable in her class. I took her class for the first time today and although it was a challenge, she made me feel GOOD about it. I definitely recommend her classes.
